Workshop "Food to Future: Wertschöpfung aus Reststoffen der Lebensmittelwirtschaft"

RE²combine zielt darauf ab, ein Netzwerk zwischen Akteuren aus der Forschung, der Industrie und öffentlichen Verwaltung aufzubauen, um Neben- und Reststoffströme hochwertiger zu nutzen. In der aktuellen Projektphase fokussieren wir uns auf die Wertschöpfungsketten der Lebensmittelwirtschaft. Hierbei untersuchen wir diese auf Innovationspotenziale und vernetzen relevante Akteure aus der Region miteinander, um ihre Bedarfe zu formulieren und die Zusammenarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Technologien zu fördern 

Wir laden Sie herzlich ein zum Workshop und Fachaustausch – am Mittwoch, 11. März von 13:00 – 17:30 Uhr.
