Die TechnologieRegion Karlsruhe GmbH (TRK) betreibt regionale, länderübergreifende und transnationale Wirtschaftsförderung. Mit 36 Gesellschaftern aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Kommunen arbeiten wir zusammen in den Themenfeldern Bioökonomie, Digitalisierung, Energie und Mobilität. Als Innovationshub vernetzt die TRK Unternehmen, Forschungseinrichtungen und Institutionen, fördert Technologietransfer und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, um wegweisende Innovationen zu entwickeln und die regionale Wirtschaft nachhaltig zu stärken.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Geschäftsstelle suchen wir ab Anfang 2026 (flexibler Start) eine/n

Studentische Hilfskraft (Hiwi) oder Pflichtpraktikant:in

Your tasks:

Mitarbeit im Projektmanagement in den Themenfeldern Bioökonomie, Digitalisierung, Energie und Mobilität (z.B. Recherche und Dokumentation)
Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Workshops und Veranstaltungen
Mitwirkung in der Kommunikationsarbeit (z.B. Pflege von Social-Media-Kanälen)
Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts
Übernahme weiterer Büro- und Assistenzaufgaben nach Bedarf

Your profile:

Studium mit Bezug zu Projektmanagement, Kommunikation oder zu einem oder mehreren unserer Themenfeldern (verschiedene Studiengänge möglich!)
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder in der Kommunikation von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Flexibilität und ausgeprägtes Anpassungsvermögen
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sorgfältige, strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Vorliegende Immatrikulationsbescheinigung

Arbeitszeiten & Dauer:

Hiwi: 10 bis 15 Stunden pro Woche (flexibel) ab sofort für mindestens 6 Monate.
Pflichtpraktikum: In Vollzeit, Länge richtet sich nach Vorgaben Ihrer Hochschule (diese bitte Ihren Unterlagen beilegen)

KarriereRegion.tv - the video job portal of the Karlsruhe TechnologyRegion

Finding employees who fit the corporate culture? It's easy with a job video. A job video lets future colleagues speak. They give interested parties a very informal job description and authentic insights into their working environment. A slightly different way to arouse sympathy and interest in the company.

The KarriereRegion.tv platform, which was created in a cooperation project between the Karlsruhe TechnologyRegion and the DER PUNKT agency, offers employers from the region the opportunity to publish short, authentic 1-minute videos. This allows employers to present themselves authentically and from a personal perspective.
