International Come Together at the Peter and Paul Festival in Bretten
As part of the "International Come Together" series, the Welcome Center TechnologieRegion Karlsruhe invites you to a special cultural event on July 5: the traditional Peter and Paul Festival in Bretten.
On the first weekend in July, the historic town center is transformed into a lively medieval backdrop. The event is based on the siege of Bretten in 1504, which is authentically recreated with numerous performances, processions and customs. The program includes a historical parade with over 3,000 people in costume, music, dance, artistic performances and activities for children and families.
The Peter and Paul Festival is part of a lively city culture and offers a special opportunity to come into contact with people from different countries and walks of life, to experience culture together and to discover regional history at first hand.
